Overview

Read below for specific rod specs and measurements. These rod linkages are intended for universal purposes. If using linkage to connect your floor shifter to your transmission, ensure both the shifter and transmission are in the same gear position.

NOTE: to achieve the shortest listed adjustment length, you will need to cut down the threaded end that will be using the studded ball joint.

Rod Ends

ALL rods utilize 5/16-24 threads and include jam nuts for each end.

Rod End 1 includes:

• (1) Studded Heim Joint, stud is 5/16-24 threads
• (2) Flat Washers
• (1) 5/16-24 Nylon insert lock nut

Rod End 2 includes:

• (1) Rod Swivel, stud diameter .3125"
• (1) Rubber Grommet, for ~ .500" hole (part # SG-1)
• (2) Flat Washers
• (1) Retaining Clip (part # JC-1)

10" Rod Linkage

• 10" long
• RH / LH thread
• 2.5" of threads on each end
• 6.750" - 10.000" adjustable stud-to-stud length

14.5" Rod Linkage

• 14.5" long
• RH / RH thread
• 2.5" of threads on each end
• 11.625" - 14.625" adjustable stud-to-stud length

18.5" Rod Linkage

• 18.5" long
• RH / LH thread
• 2.5" of threads on each end
• 15.500" - 18.750" stud-to-stud length

22" Rod Linkage

• 22" long
• RH / LH thread
• 2.5" of threads on each end
• Adjustable to 19.125" - 22.000" stud-to-stud length
